1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DestiMart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will notify registered users by email.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. TourMate Program
TourMate membership requires a one-time $5 lifetime fee processed via Stripe. This grants perpetual access to the TourMate article editor and earnings program. DestiMart reserves the right to terminate TourMate status for violations of creator guidelines.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of articles you write. You grant DestiMart a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and monetize your content on the platform. You may request removal of your content at any time, subject to a 30-day notice period.
5. Earnings & Payouts
TourMate earnings are calculated based on verified pageviews, ad revenue, and affiliate commissions. Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer for balances over $20. DestiMart is not responsible for discrepancies in third-party affiliate tracking.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use DestiMart for illegal purposes, harass other users, post false information, scrape or copy content without permission, manipulate earnings or analytics, or violate intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
DestiMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
